Canon 467

1. A candidate for perpetual monastic profession must, within

sixty days prior to the profession, renounce in favor of whomever

the candidate prefers all goods which he or she actually possesses on condition that the profession subsequently takes place; a

2. As soon as the profession has been made, all necessary steps

shall be taken at once in order that the renunciation become
