Problematiche bioetiche

Una considerazione bioetica più ampia suggerisce la necessità di ulteriori approfondimenti e precisazioni. La praticabilità degli xenotrapianti, alla luce dell’attuale "stato dell’arte" riassunto nella prima parte di questo documento, dovrà essere valutata eticamente tenendo conto di una molteplice serie di fattori, alcuni dei quali desunti dalle norme morali generali valide per tutti i trapianti, altri più specificamente legati a questa tipologia di trapianto65.
