Caput III DE IIS QUIBUS UNCTIO INFIRMORUM CONFERENDA SIT
 
Can. 1004 - § 1Unctio infirmorum ministrari potest fideli qui, adepto rationis usu, ob 
infirmitatem vel senium in periculo incipit versari
§ 2Hoc sacramentum iterari potest, si infirmus, postquam convaluerit, denuo in gravem 
infirmitatem inciderit aut si, eadem infirmitate perdurante, discrimen factum gravius sit.
 
Can. 1005 - In dubio utrum infirmus rationis usum attigerit, an periculose aegrotet vel 
mortuus sit, hoc sacramentum ministretur.
 
Can. 1006 - Infirmis qui, cum suae mentis compotes essent, hoc sacramentum implicite 
saltem petierint, conferatur.
 
Can. 1007 - Unctio infirmorum ne conferatur illis, qui in manifesto gravi peccato obstinate 
perseverent.
