Art. II DE TRANSLATIONE

Can. 972 - § 1. Translatio ab eo tantum fieri potest, qui ius habet providendi officio, quod amittitur, et simul officio, quod confertur. § 2. Si translatio fit invito eo, qui officium detinet, requiritur gravis causa et servetur modus procedendi iure praescriptus salvis normis circa sodales instituti religiosi vel societatis vitae communis ad instar religiosorum et firmo semper iure rationes contrarias exponendi. § 3. Translatio ut effectum sortiatur, scripto intimanda est.
 
Can. 973 - § 1. In casu translationis prius officium vacat capta possessione canonica alterius officii, nisi aliter iure cautum aut ab auctoritate competenti praescriptum est. § 2. Remunerationem cum priore officio conexam translatus percipit, donec alterius possessionem canonicam ceperit.
