Can. 1607. par. 1. Iudex a Sancta Sede delegatus uti potest ministris constitutis in Curia dioecesis in qua iudicare debet; sed potest etiam alios quoscunque maluerit eligere et assumere, nisi in delegationis rescripto aliud cautum sit.

par. 2. Iudices vero ab Ordinariis locorum delegati uti debent ministris Curiae dioecesanae, nisi Episcopus in aliquo peculiari casu ob gravem causam proprios et extraordinarios ministros constituendos decreverit.
