Can. 1787. par. 1. Testis ius habet ad petendam compensationem impensarum, quas sustinuerit ratione itineris et commorationis in loco iudicii, et ad congruam indemnitatem pro interruptione sui negotii vel operis.

par. 2. Iudicis est, auditis parte ac teste, et, si opus sit, etiam peritis, taxare indemnitatem et impensas testi solvendas.

Can. 1788. Si intra peremptorium terminum a iudice praestitutum congrua pecuniae quantitas de qua in can. 1909, par. 2, ab eo qui testes inducere vult deposita non sit, is testium examini renuntiasse censeatur.
