CHAPTER V : JUDICIAL ACCESS AND INSPECTION Can. 1582 If, in order to decide the case, the judge considers it opportune to visit some place, or inspect some thing, he is to set this out in a decree. After he has heard the parties, the decree is to give a brief description of what is to be made available for this access. Can. 1583 After the inspection has been carried out, a document concerning it is to be drawn up.
