10 XIV |         eat shall live forever." Alas, how far from this blessedness
11 XIV |       bless such beauty in Mary. Alas, how far are they from this
12 XIV |           and a human blessing ! Alas, how far from this blessing
13 XIV |     every sinner is a fool. But, alas, as it is said in Ecclesiasticus: "
14 XIV |         an army in battle array. Alas, how manifold is our misery,
15 XIV |        devil is overcome by man. Alas, how far from this blessing
16 XV  |        to keep others out of it. Alas, yes, by means of the first
17 XVI |        fruit of salvation!" But, alas, there are many who make
18 XVII| dwelling-place of every virtue." Alas, how far from this fruit
