Sura, Verse

 1   2, 109|               109. Quite a number of the People of the Book
 2   2, 184| 184. (Fasting) for a fixed number of days; but if any of you
 3   2, 184|    journey, the prescribed number (should be made up) from
 4   2, 243|    they were thousands (in number), for fear of death? Allah
 5   3, 13 | their own eyes twice their number. But Allah doth support
 6   9, 36 |                    36. The number of months in the sight of
 7   9, 37 |    order to agree with the number of months forbidden by Allah
 8  10, 5  |     that ye might know the number of years and the count (
 9  13, 8  |    short (of their time or number) or do exceed. Every single
10  14, 34 |   never will ye be able to number them. Verily, man is given
11  16, 18 |  never would ye be able to number them: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving,
12  17, 12 |   and that ye may know the number and count of the years:
13  18, 11 |     over their ears, for a number of years, in the Cave, (
14  18, 22 |    Lord knoweth best their number; It is but few that know
15  19, 84 |    out to them a (limited) number (of days). ~
16  20, 40 |    Then didst thou tarry a number of years with the people
17  21, 84 |  to him, and doubled their number,- as a Grace from Ourselves,
18  22, 18 |   the animals; and a great number among mankind? But a great
19  22, 18 | among mankind? But a great number are (also) such as unto
20  23, 112|    112. He will say: "What number of years did ye stay on
21  38, 43 |  people, and doubled their number,- as a Grace from Us, and
22  38, 62 |    not men whom we used to number among the bad ones? ~
23  56, 13 |                      13. A number of people from those of
24  56, 39 |             39. A (goodly) number from those of old, ~
25  56, 40 |         40. And a (goodly) number from those of later times. ~
26  65, 12 | and of the earth a similar number. Through the midst of them (
27  74, 31 |    and We have fixed their number only as a trial for Unbelievers,-
