1. A PREFERENCE FOR GREAT MEANS OF ACTION

            Of course, in principle, counter-revolutionary action deserves to have at its disposal the best means: television, radio, major press, and a rational, efficient, and brilliant publicity. The true counter-revolutionary should always tend to use these means, overcoming the defeatist attitude

of some of his companions who immediately surrender all hope of using them because they constantly see them in the hands of the children of darkness.

            However, we must recognize that, in point of fact, counter-revolutionary action will often have to be undertaken without these resources.
