Chapter

 1 Prol|        wisdom. All the notable things and acts of his life I could
 2 3   |    meditate and think upon new things: and because the life of
 3 4   |    some earthly and transitory things. And when he had been often
 4 7   |    Certainly they be wonderful things which you report, and such
 5 8   |     enemy's death. ~PETER: The things you report be strange, and
 6 12  |        that were present, such things as were done in absence.
 7 13  |        all such other pleasant things as use to refresh men's

 9 15  |        The king, hearing these things, was wonderfully afraid,

20 23  |       might judge of spiritual things, God, who for man's sake
21 27  |        return to speak of such things as I had from the mouth
22 30  | sometime they effect wonderful things by their prayers, and sometime
23 30  |        be able to do wonderful things? And that both ways they
24 30  |        sometimes they do these things by power, and sometimes
25 32  |       holy men can do all such things as they please, and obtain
26 35  | Creator, yet very small do all things seem that be created: for
27 35  |      doubt could not see those things but in the light of God:
28 35  |       the beholder to supernal things, and shewed him how small
29 35  |      him how small all earthly things were. ~PETER: I perceive
