10 Const,    2, 5 |     holy Roman church, shall pay a full tenth. Let all know,
11 Const,    2, 5 |     out are bound by oath to pay interest, we ordain that
12 Const,    2, 5 | creditors does force them to pay the interest, we command
13 Const,    2, 5 |     for those who cannot now pay their debts to Jews, so
14 Const,    2, 5 |     If perchance they do not pay, they are to be punished
