17 Intro,    9|              adopt partiality of any kind, that they are not to set
18 Intro,    9|         properties and rights of any kind, and repair what has crumbled,

20 Intro,    9|            against simoniacs of this kind, and we prescribe that they
21 Intro,    9|    monasteries and benefices of this kind. Secular princes ought in
22 Intro,   10|        Christians, to assist by this kind of loan the lack of resources
23 Intro,   10|             though contracts of this kind, if they are to be duly
24 Intro,   10|            see, do not introduce any kind of evil or provide any incentive
