 1 Intro,    2|         sentences, censures and penalties, whether by canonical sanctions
 2 Intro,    2|        to the infliction of the penalties indicated in the letter
 3 Intro,    5|        not to be subject to any penalties and censures for the said
 4 Intro,    5|     ecclesiastical censures and penalties. ~Intermediaries, brokers
 5 Intro,    5|        pain of the censures and penalties and other things contained
 6 Intro,    6|         or secular censures and penalties which may have been promulgated
 7 Intro,    8|      addition to this and other penalties stated in detail in the
 8 Intro,    9|   statement of the censures and penalties incurred. This is notwithstanding
 9 Intro,    9|      strictly command under the penalties of excommunication and perjury
10 Intro,    9|         displeasure, and of the penalties against those impeding the
11 Intro,    9|        displeasure and of other penalties which can be inflicted at

14 Intro,    9|        be subjected to the same penalties as if they had been involved

20 Intro,    9|         use. We renew all these penalties as stated and included herein,
21 Intro,    9|       violators . Moreover, the penalties against those who dare to
22 Intro,    9|       addition to the aforesaid penalties which we renew and wish
23 Intro,    9|   excommunication and the other penalties of both civil and canon
24 Intro,    9|        be punished with fitting penalties; and we wish that those
25 Intro,    9|         from other censures and penalties imposed by ancient laws
26 Intro,   10|    rashness, not so much by new penalties as by a renewed fear of
27 Intro,   10|       be subjected to canonical penalties. In our desire that these
28 Intro,   10|       know that they will incur penalties contained in the same canons . ~
