 7 Intro,    9|            they enjoy the status and dignity of a cardinal, are obliged,
 8 Intro,    9|             precedence in honour and dignity over all the other members
 9 Intro,    9|           and equity demands and the dignity and rank of such people
10 Intro,    9|             resources, situation and dignity permit, they can be accused
