1 Intro,    9|   overturned and partly levelled, provinces and kingdoms have been stricken,
2 Intro,    9|           possible speed in their provinces and dioceses, and to give
3 Intro,    9|        evils quite often occur to provinces and cities on account of
4 Intro,    9|    cardinals who are in charge of provinces or cities, under the title
5 Intro,    9|        are obliged to go to their provinces -- within three months from
6 Intro,    9|       present proclamation if the provinces are in Italy, and within
7 Intro,    9|         let them have in the said provinces and cities vice-legates,
8 Intro,    9| exercising control over kingdoms, provinces, cities and territories,
