15 1, 5 | formations are "subject to~suffering"; all things are "without
16 1, 5 | transient, is subject to suffering; and of that~which is transient,
17 1, 5 | transient, and subject to suffering and change, one cannot~rightly
18 1, 5 | consciousness, he delights in suffering; and whoso~delights in suffering,
19 1, 5 | suffering; and whoso~delights in suffering, will not be freed from
20 1, 5 | will not be freed from suffering. Thus I say~ ~ How can you

27 2, 9 | Noble Truth of the Origin of Suffering.~ ~
28 2, 10| HEAPING UP OF PRESENT SUFFERING~ ~ Verily, due to sensuous
29 2, 10| craving, the heaping up of suffering in this~present life, due
30 2, 11| HEAPING UP OF FUTURE SUFFERING~ ~ And further, people take
31 2, 11| of existence, a state of~suffering, into perdition, and the
32 2, 11| craving, the heaping up of suffering in the~future life, due
33 2, 12| there will be no~end to the suffering of beings, who, obstructed
34 3, 13| TRUTH OF THE EXTINCTION OF SUFFERING~ ~ WHAT, now, is the Noble
35 3, 13| Truth of the Extinction of Suffering? It~is the complete fading
36 3, 14| Death, Sorrow, Lamentation,~Suffering, Grief, and Despair, are
37 3, 14| extinction of this whole mass of suffering.~ Hence, the annihilation,
38 3, 14| this is the extinction of suffering, the end of~disease, the
39 3, 17| basis. This is the end of~suffering.~ There is an Unborn, Unoriginated,
40 3, 18| LEADS TO THE EXTINCTION OF SUFFERING~ ~THE TWO EXTREMES AND THE
41 3, 19| leads to the extinction~of suffering, namely:~ 1. Right Understanding,
42 3, 19| free from groaning and~suffering; it is the perfect path.~
43 3, 19| you will put an end to suffering.~ But each one has to struggle
44 3, 20| Four~Truths. To understand suffering; to understand the origin
45 3, 20| understand the origin of~suffering; to understand the extinction
46 3, 20| understand the extinction of suffering; to understand~the path
47 3, 20| leads to the extinction of suffering: This is called~Right Understanding~
48 3, 20| are transient [subject to~suffering, and without an Ego], also
49 3, 20| not be freed, I say, from suffering.~ ~THE SOTAPAN, OR "STREAM-ENTERER"~ ~
50 3, 20| and not the~unworthy. What suffering is, he wisely considers.
51 3, 20| considers. What the origin of~suffering is, he wisely considers;
52 3, 20| what the extinction of suffering~is, he wisely considers;
53 3, 20| leads to the extinction~of suffering, he wisely considers.~ And
54 3, 20| formations are "subject to suffering"; that~everything is "without
55 3, 20| following verse:~ ~ Mere suffering exists, no sufferer is found;~
56 3, 20| arises this whole mass of~suffering. This is called the noble
57 3, 20| noble truth of the origin of suffering.~ In whom, however, Delusion
58 3, 20| extinction of this~whole mass of suffering. This is called the Noble
59 3, 20| Truth of the~Extinction of Suffering.~ ~KARMA: REBIRTH - PRODUCING
60 3, 26| according to reality, what~Suffering is; knows according to reality,
61 3, 26| reality, what the Origin of Suffering~is; knows according to reality,
62 3, 26| what the Extinction of Suffering is;~knows according to reality,
63 3, 26| leads to the~Extinction of Suffering.~ Thus he dwells in contemplation
