Chapter
1 1| is nothing else than to trust and believe Him~from the [
2 1| idol. If your faith and~trust be right, then is your god
3 1| the other hand, if~your trust be false and wrong, then
4 1| your heart and put your trust is properly your god. ~Therefore
5 1| to require true faith~and trust of the heart which settles
6 1| these place their heart and~trust elsewhere than in the true
7 1| is nothing else than to trust~in Him entirely. For this
8 1| the heathen who put their trust in power and~dominion elevated
9 1| heathen to have a god means to trust and~believe. But their error
10 1| error is this that their trust is false and wrong~for it
11 1| God an idol, and put their trust in~that which is altogether
12 1| namely, that we are to trust~in God alone, and look to
13 1| angry God is with those who~trust in anything but Him, and
14 1| gracious He is to~those who trust and believe in Him alone
15 1| because it sees that those who~trust in God and not in Mammon
16 1| decline from God, and put~his trust in his crown and power,
17 1| tolerate no presumption nor any trust in any other object, and
18 1| those who with~their heart trust alone in God. For by nature
19 1| with our whole heart we trust in Him, and fear and love~
20 1| and hoard, but we will trust in God -- who will, however,
21 1| the roast?"~If you do not trust yourself to stand before
22 1| But such an example, I trust, will not occur among us,
23 1| Thou shalt fear,~love, and trust in Me as thine only true
24 1| things: fear of God and trust~in Him. And especially the
25 1| thanksgiving, derived~from love and trust according to the First Commandment.
