 1 Pref|          the power of~God which gives the devil burning pain,
 2    1|       but good, as~from one who gives us body, life, food, drink,
 3    1| channels, and means whereby God gives all things, as He gives
 4    1|         gives all things, as He gives to~the mother breasts and
 5    1|         the blessings which God gives no farther than as a shoemaker~
 6    1|       Lord thy God, in~vain, He gives us to understand at the
 7    1|        first the heart by faith gives God the~honor due Him, and
 8    1|       doctrine, indeed, than He gives forth. Now, He teaches fully
 9    1|        through our parents, God gives to us food, house~and home,
10    1|      the state of matrimony~and gives occasion to speak of the
11    2|      danger, that it is God who gives and does all these things,
12    2|         proclaimed, in which He gives the Holy Ghost to bring
13    2|        what God does for us and gives to us.~Moreover, apart from
14    2|    because here we see~that God gives Himself entire to us, with
15    3|      For by this~commandment He gives us plainly to understand
16    3|     temptation, to wit, when He gives us~power and strength to
17    4|       that is, what it profits, gives and works. And this also
18    4|      that receives what~Baptism gives and profits. This is again
19    4|         but a~treasure which He gives us, and which faith apprehends;
