Chapter
1 Pref2| vain [for the~Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh
2 1 | perceive, is not to lay hold of Him with our hands or
3 1 | means when the heart lays hold of Him and clings to~Him.
4 1 | wit: For the Lord will not hold him guiltless that~taketh
5 1 | they should be trained to~hold this and the First Commandment
6 1 | after them with the rod and hold the~commandment before them,
7 1 | and~to make answer, then hold your tongue. But if you
8 1 | blush thus many a one will hold his tongue who~else would
9 1 | himself; but if not, that he hold his tongue. ~The same you
10 1 | do all good to those who hold them in high esteem,~and
11 3 | a venture. ~This you can hold up to Him and say: Here
12 3 | always (as~we have said) to hold up to God His commandment
13 3 | not regard~our sins and hold up to us what we daily deserve,
14 3 | to run hither and to~take hold of the Lord's Prayer, and
15 4 | that is, of~which it takes hold, and upon which it stands
16 4 | look, and to that it must~hold. Now here we have the words:
17 4 | that men apprehend it and~hold it firmly. ~Therefore every
18 5 | forgiveness, except they~lay hold of and believe the Scriptures
