Chapter

 1    1|  nothing of God's Word and seek holiness in~their own works. Note,
 2    1|         this is better than all~holiness of the Carthusians, even
 3    1|      has deceived us with false holiness and the~glamour of our own
 4    1|     false,~hypocritical show of holiness, because they have given
 5    1| comparison with which all human~holiness is but stench and filth,
 6    1|       angelic~man far above all holiness of the world. Only occupy
 7    1|        esteem any other work or~holiness. ~Let this be sufficient
 8    2|         as also there can be no holiness [sanctification].~Therefore
 9    2|      who seek and wish to merit holiness [sanctification], not~through
10    2|     arise to entire~and perfect holiness in a new eternal life. For
11    2|        begin and daily increase holiness upon earth by means of these
12    5|         is not founded upon the holiness of men, but~upon the Word
