1 2 | creatures, Sâriputra, who are hearing the law from the present
2 2 | Sâriputra, who now are hearing the law from me, shall all
3 2 | benevolent and compassionate.~51. Hearing which, all of them will
4 2 | all in the world who are hearing or have heard the law from
5 2 | been any being who, after hearing the law of those (leaders),
6 2 | proclaim. Any one who, on hearing a good exposition of it,

43 16| four-continental worlds, have by hearing this Dharmaparyâya become
44 16| four-continental worlds, have by hearing this Dharmaparyâya become
45 16| fourcontinental world, have by hearing this Dharmaparyâya become
46 16| of three parts, have by hearing this Dharmaparyâya conceived
47 16| of their life!~2. And on hearing such a law imparted by the
48 16| the kotis of beings who by hearing this law have conceived
49 16| lady of good family, on hearing this Dharmaparyâya containing
50 16| a man or a woman who, on hearing the duration of my life,
51 16| will not be startled at hearing of this inconceivably long
52 16| Again, Agita, he who after hearing this Dharmaparyâya, which
53 16| this Dharmaparyâya when hearing it, that such a young man
54 17| O Lord, one who, after hearing this Dharmaparyâya being
55 17| person; if the latter, after hearing, joyfully accepts, and,
56 17| another; if the latter, after hearing, joyfully accepts, and communicates
57 17| this other, again, after hearing, joyfully accepts it, and
58 17| tradition of the law, after hearing were it but a single stanza,
59 17| existence.'~6. All creatures, by hearing the law from that charitable
60 17| immeasurable, owing to one's hearing merely a single stanza,
61 18| with his natural organ of hearing when perfect. Still he does
62 18| with his natural organ of hearing he hears the sounds of those
63 18| Satatasamitâbhiyukta, is the organ of hearing that the Bodhisattva Mahâsattva
64 18| added:~7. The organ of hearing of such a person becomes (
65 18| that while his organ of hearing is the natural one;~21.
66 18| along with their disciples, hearing his voice, protect him by
67 18| and feel satisfaction in hearing him preaching.~Further,
68 18| high, and mean.~68. On hearing the contents of a single
69 19| death was near at hand. On hearing that voice from the sky,
70 19| the perfection of sight, hearing, smell, taste, body, and
71 19| afore-mentioned perfectness of sight, hearing, smell, taste, body, and
72 20| Prabhûtaratna, the Tathâgata, &c.~On hearing such a voice from the sky
73 20| Bodhisattvas who, after hearing the enumeration of such
74 21| Symplocos Racemosa, who after hearing this spell would attack
75 22| Bhaishagyarâga, that by hearing it the gods, Nâgas, goblins,
76 22| should a female, after hearing this Dharmaparyâya, grasp
77 22| good family, that after hearing this Dharmaparyâya of the
78 22| Nakshatrararâgasankusumitâbhigña, who on hearing this chapter of the ancient
79 24| thousand kotis of Buddhas.~4. Hearing, seeing, regularly and constantly
80 26| Mahâsattva, whose organ of hearing is struck by these talismanic
