30 2 | Tathâgatas.~On that occasion the venerable Sâriputra uttered the following

32 2 | were expounded.~But the venerable Sâriputra entreated the

34 2 | said a second time to the venerable Sâriputra; Enough, Sâriputra;
35 2 | revealed.~A third time the venerable Sâriputra entreated the
36 2 | time.~On that occasion the venerable Sâriputra uttered the following
37 2 | heard the entreaty of the venerable Sâriputra, he spoke to him
38 2 | Thereupon the Lord addressed the venerable Sâriputra: My congregation,
39 2 | well, Lord,' replied the venerable Sâriputra. The Lord then
40 3 | III. A PARABLE.~Then the venerable Sâriputra, pleased, glad,

47 4 | IV. DISPOSITION.~As the venerable Subhûti, the venerable MahâKâtyâyana,

49 4 | venerable MahâKâtyâyana, the venerable Mahâ-Kâsyapa, and the venerable
50 4 | venerable Mahâ-Kâsyapa, and the venerable Mahâ-Maudgalyâyana heard
51 4 | Tathâgata.~On that occasion the venerable Mahâ-Kâsyapa uttered the
52 5 | Thereupon the Lord addressed the venerable Mahâ-Kâsyapa and the other
53 5 | Lord had thus spoken, the venerable Mahâ-Kâsyapa said to him:

55 5 | having thus spoken, the venerable Mahâ-Kâsyapa said: Lord,
56 6 | Rasmiprabhâsa.~Thereupon the venerable senior Mahâ-Maudgalyâyana,
57 6 | Mahâ-Maudgalyâyana, the venerable Subhûti, and the venerable
58 6 | venerable Subhûti, and the venerable Mahâ-Kâtyâyana, their bodies
59 8 | leadership of the Lord, the venerable Pûrna, son of Maitrâyanî,
60 8 | mental disposition of the venerable Pûrna, son of Maitrâyani,
61 8 | disciples addressed the venerable Mahâ-Kasyapa: Those twelve
62 9 | MONKS.~On that occasion the venerable Ânanda made this reflection:
63 9 | following words. And the venerable Râhula also, in whom rose
64 9 | Then the Lord addressed the venerable Ânanda in these words: Thou,
65 9 | full development.~When the venerable Ananda, heard from the Lord
