V.E. Before anything, in each person himself. You see, the Lord does not only invest in each person with a calling, that is with a place in the Heavenly Jerusalem. He invests in some people with ability, some people with talents. And the talented people are more open to such dreamy intentions, ideas, and so on. Sometimes these ideas become stronger in the person earlier than he learns to fight them. So from here, comes these agents which in all good intentions make the Christian Church unhappy.
