E.N. From your point of view what is now most dangerous for the Church?

V.E. What is needed is to take care of the attempt to attach past lines to the modern day church life whether it be the nineteenth century, the twentieth, the tenth century, or the time of the Apostles. These artificial attempts produce Reformation aspirations [which could create a schism]. And this is truly an internal mistake. It happens that it is an illness of an impatient heart and it happens that it is a dream of a proud mind. Of course, such things, in every possible way, need to end.
