 1   1,      3|     that both the guilt and the penalty can be expiated by the desire
 2   1,      3|      which deserved an infinite penalty, although their works are
 3   1,      4|      both for the guilt and the penalty in oneself and in others;
 4   1,      4|         guilt only, and not the penalty. ~
 5   1,      4|     will I remit both guilt and penalty, since they will thus come
 6   1,      4|      pray, satisfaction for the penalty due to them, but, only for
 7   1,      4|        others, remission of the penalty, but only of the guilt;
 8   1,      4|         guilt, but also for the penalty which follows the guilt,
 9   1,      4|         love to satisfy for the penalty also, they go to the pains
10   2,     35|      committed sin suffered the penalty of it. The new law is the
11   2,     35| imperfection of the fear of the penalty, and the perfection of holy
12   2,     35|         abundance of mercy, the penalty of the sins committed by
13   2,     40|        to weep from fear of the penalty, whence she rises to the
14   3,      2|        and obliged to say under penalty of offending Me, for, they
15   3,     11|       and replacing the fear of penalty by holy fear. And, therefore,
16   3,     11|         taking away the fear of penalty, and founding it in love
17   3,     14|         weeping for fear of the penalty they have incurred. ~
18   3,     14|     with a hearty grief for the penalty which follows the sin committed,
19   3,     14|         s loss, and not for any penalty or loss due to herself;
