5. Self-Management Must Encompass Society and Man as a Whole
This "republicanization" must include not only corporations and businesses but the whole social structure as well. Indeed, according to the Program the full implementation of self-management presupposes a profound transformation in man and the application of the most radical interpretation of the trilogy Liberty, Equality, Fraternity in all fields of activity comprised in society, including corporations, the family, culture, teaching, and even leisure itself. 17

It is one of t e first conditions for making the change of mentalities possible ...
