 4   1, 4|          Welcome! for Mithila's people seek my royal guest to greet,~

 7   2, 1|        loved his people and his people loved their lord!~To the
 8   2, 1|     virtues still he sought his people's love~Dasa-ratha marked
 9   2, 1|        his purpose, Rama to his people dear,~Private wish and public
10   2, 2|                        II - THE PEOPLE CONSULTED~With the voice
11   2, 2|         ancient path,~Nursed my people as my children, free from
12   2, 2|     your thought, my chiefs and people, if this purpose please
13   2, 2|          Till the voices of the people shook the sky and solid
14   2, 3|         s gladsome ray,~And the people of the city, maid and matron,
15   2, 3|        gathered throng,~And the people met in conclaves, spake
16   2, 3|       and kindly Rama might his people's toil approve,~So that
17   2, 3| soft-eyed Sita might accept her people's love!~Groups of joyous
18   2, 3|         And Ayodhya thronged by people from the hamlet , mart and
19   2, 4|       will please the righteous people, Bharat knows no guile or
20   2, 6|          That my Rama, loved of people, thou shouldst banish from
21   2, 6|         monarch, so I heard the people say,~And his word is all
22   3   |        his exile, and the loyal people of Ayodhya followed their
23   3, 5|        er,~And Ayodhya's loving people by the limpid river lay,~
24   3, 5|        Mark the slumb'ring city people, still their nightly rest
25   3, 5|      Speed, my brother, for the people wake not till the morning'
26   3, 5|      far,~So my true and loving people see us not by dawn of day,~
27   3, 5|       And his true and faithful people may not ask his woe to share!"~
28   3, 5|         track diverging, so the people be misled.~Then returning
29   3, 5|        So our true and faithful people shall not know our southward
30   3, 5|      Morning dawned, the waking people by Tamasa's limpid wave,~
31   3, 6|         they wandered, by their people loved and lost,~Drove through
32   4, 2|    highest duty is to serve his people's weal~And the ruler's richest
33   4, 2|        Bharat, guard our loving people well,~Clad in wild bark
34   4, 5|       valour serve thy faithful people still!"~Rama raised the
35   4, 5| frontiers of the empire and the people's homage claim!"~Rama gave
36   6, 6|          Loved of all his loyal people, rich in valour and in fame,~
37   7, 1|        monarch's stainless duty people's love the monarch won,~
38   7, 4|         And Sugriva blessed his people, stepped within the palace

40  11, 1|        And an anguish shook the people like the ocean tempest-tost,~
