 1   2, 4 |    mutual love,~As the love of elder Rama doth in Lakshman's
 2   2, 4 |     danger thus ariseth if the elder wins the throne,~Haste thee,
 3   2, 5 |       Dandak's forests let the elder Rama dwell,~These are Queen
 4   3, 2 |  gentle accents prayed:~"If my elder and his lady to the pathless
 5   3, 2 |       those woodlands where my elder Rama dwells,~Than the homes
 6   3, 2 |      faithful younger when the elder leads the way!"~"Ever true
 7   3, 3 |  duteous Lakshman, ever to thy elder true,~When thy elder wends
 8   3, 3 |       thy elder true,~When thy elder wends to forest, forest-life
 9   3, 3 | gallant Lakshman go,~Serve thy elder with devotion and with valour
10   4, 1 |    Saint and king and honoured elder! Bharat bows unto his feet,~
11   4, 2 |     his loving brother with an elder's deathless love,~Sorrow
12   4, 3 |       unto his mother and each elder's blessings sought,~Held
13   4, 5 |        conjoinéd Bharat to his elder spoke:~"Rama, true to royal

15   4, 6 |        With the sandals of his elder Bharat to Ayodhya went,~

25   6, 4 |        Duteous to my queen and elder, I have toiled and worked
26   6, 4 |        obey thy mandate, to my elder now I go,~Guardian Spirits
27   6, 6 |     Lakshman with his honoured elder wanders through the forest
