 1   1, 1|     stainless was each ancient rite,~And the nation thrived
 2   1, 4|  vigils keep,~When each sacred rite completed, Janak seeks his
 3   1, 5|  morning did the blest Kautuka rite,~And beside their royal
 4   1, 5| bounteous giver, for each holy rite is done,~'Twixt the giver
 5   1, 5|         done each fond Kautuka rite,~Beaming in their bridal
 6   1, 6|      fond emotion and the holy rite was done:~"This is Sita
 7   1, 6|       the land,~And as ancient rite ordaineth, and as sacred
 8   1, 7|      they performed each pious rite,~Brought their blessings
 9   2, 3|       for the day's auspicious rite.~Rama shall be Heir and
10   2, 3|     his grace,~And we hail the rite auspicious for our prince
11   2, 5|    royal bards proclaim,~Every rite arranged and ordered, Dasa-ratha
12   3, 6|       fuel for the sacrificial rite,~Mark the tall trees in
13   3, 6|       altar for the agni-hotra rite,~Rama spake in humble accents
14   3, 6|       and with every courteous rite,~Cheered his guests with
15   3, 7|       mantra Rama did the holy rite,~And invoked the bright
16   3, 7|     the sacred song.~Righteous rite was duly rendered for the
17   3, 8|     they performed the funeral rite,~Then with tears that burnt
18   4, 1|   hermit suited for a hermit's rite.~"May the scene," so Bharat
19   4, 2|  evening in each pure and holy rite?~Doth my mother, Queen Kausalya,
20   4, 2|    mother's care?~Is each holy rite and homage to the Gods and
21   4, 2|         fruitful be each pious rite,~Be thy queen a fruitful
22   4, 3|    worn with toil of righteous rite?~But thy sweet face, gentle
23   5, 1|      pure abode,~Seat of pious rite and penance which with holy
24   5, 1|    sages, "helper of each holy rite,~Portion of the royal INDRA,
25   5, 2|    Sita and protect each pious rite,~Matchless in thy warlike
26   5, 3|   blossoms for our sacrificial rite."~"Little can I help thee,
27   5, 4| harvest men perform each pious rite,~To the Fathers long departed,
28   5, 4|        of holy might,~With the rite of agrayana pious men their
29   5, 4|     Gods and Fathers with each rite and duty doue,~And they
30   6, 6|    valour and in fame,~For the rite of consecration Rama to
31   7, 1| blossoms sanctified the sacred rite,~And the comrades linked
32  12, 1|      duty yearning, Aswa-medha rite ordained,~And a steed of
33  12, 3|      Brahmans skilled in pious rite,~Minstrels deep in lore
