 1   1, 1|        as by holy writ ordained,~Pure each caste in due observance,
 2   1, 4|  midnight spent,~And in converse pure and pleasant and in sacred
 3   2, 1|      their lord!~To the Brahmans pure and holy Rama due obeisance
 4   2, 3|          his consort pious Rama, pure in deed and pure in thought,~
 5   2, 3|     pious Rama, pure in deed and pure in thought,~After evening'
 6   3, 6|     gifts and gorgeous garments, pure libations shall be thine,~
