 1   1, 3 |        for thy happy life hath prayed,~And by Viswa-mitra's bidding
 2   1, 5 |      for his health and safety prayed,~Made his bow and due obeisance
 3   1, 5 |  Vasishtha to Videha's monarch prayed,~Janak versed in holy Vedas
 4   1, 6 |       her to righteous Bharat, prayed for blessings from above:~"
 5   2, 3 |     NARAYANA'S chamber sought,~Prayed unto the Lord of Creatures,
