10 Pre|          the manner in which Your Imperial Majesty has wisely held
11 Pre|       conscience, -- as also Your Imperial Majesty and, next, the other
12 Pre|           of our associates.~Your Imperial Majesty also, not only once
13 Pre|     according to the form of Your Imperial instruction and commission
14 Pre|         met at Spires. There Your Imperial Majesty, through His Highness
15 Pre|         as through the Orator and Imperial Commissioners caused this,
16 Pre|           be submitted: that Your Imperial Majesty had taken notice
17 Pre|          and of the President and Imperial Counselors, and the Legates
18 Pre|          a Council, and that your Imperial Majesty also judged it to
19 Pre|          a Council; and that Your Imperial Majesty did not doubt the
20 Pre|          be adjusted between Your Imperial Majesty and the Roman Pontiff
21 Pre|    reconciliation; therefore Your Imperial Majesty himself signified
22 Pre|     convening, together with your Imperial Majesty such General Council,
23 Pre|            then here, before Your Imperial Majesty we make the offer
24 Pre|     agreement of votes in all the Imperial Diets held during Your Majesty'
25 Pre|          at the same time to Your Imperial Majesty, we have, even before
26 Pre|         this appeal, both to Your Imperial Majesty and to a Council,
27 Pre|           the tenor of the latest Imperial citation should be amicably

29 21 |         Canons, we pray that Your Imperial Majesty would graciously
30 21 |       conscience. Nor should Your Imperial Majesty believe those who,
