Chapter

 1 V    |         at the judgment of human beings. Unless gods give satisfaction
 2 X    |      know that there are no such beings. This, therefore, is what
 3 XXI  |        the authority of the very beings on account of whom you refuse
 4 XXII |       deceived and deluded human beings, that they may get their
 5 XXIII|          the pan of gods? For as beings who put themselves out as
 6 XXIII| disrespect the higher majesty of beings, whose displeasure they
 7 XXIV |        whole confession of these beings, in which they declare that
 8 XXV  |          the witness of the very beings whom you believe are gods,
 9 XXV  |         certainly divine are the beings they worship, that those
10 XL   |          many thousands of human beings, having been swallowed up.
11 XLI  |        continue to pay homage to beings so ungrateful, and unjust;
