Chapter

 1 8 |    Gabriel, whom I saw in the vision in the beginning, flying;
 2 8 |   word, and understand in the vision. Seventy hebdomads have
 3 8 | introduced; and in order that vision and prophet may be sealed,
 4 8 |     to Daniel this particular vision; for he says, "And understand
 5 8 |  Darius, when Daniel saw this vision. Let us see, therefore,
 6 8 |       Christ--and "sealed was vision and prophet," and "sins"
 7 8 |       he mean by saying that "vision and prophecy are sealed?"
 8 8 |     that reason he said that "vision and prophecy were sealed;"
 9 8 |   passion there is no longer "vision or prophet" to announce
10 8 |  since which event "sealed is vision and prophecy," that is,
11 8 | Christ, sealing as He did all vision and prophecies, which by
12 11|      withal why Daniel said, "Vision and prophet were sealed;"
13 11|  passion, there is no longer "vision" or "prophet;" whence most
14 11|   says that His advent "seals vision and prophecy." And thus,
