Don't go searching for the Dhamma 30 8 | watch, be aware, letting go with every moment. ~Simply 31 8 | contact at the senses, it'll go looking for things to latch 32 8 | point is that you don't go forming issues out of nothing. 33 8 | you'll be able to let it go -- and all the many troubles 34 8 | able to contemplate and let go. ~The sensations in the 35 8 | an effect. The mind will go out with labels of good 36 8 | everything will stop. You won't go straying out through your 37 8 | the point where it lets go of things outside, lets 38 8 | of things outside, lets go of sensory contact, and 39 8 | them thoroughly. And don't go concerning yourself with 40 8 | on the heart. But if you go dragging in issues of good 41 8 | stop everything. You can't go branding anything. Simply 42 8 | you don't know how to let go right from the start, issues 43 8 | we won't be able to let go. We can talk about letting 44 8 | We can talk about letting go, but we can't do it because 45 8 | this basic principle. Don't go grasping after this thing 46 9 | arising and disbanding. Don't go labeling the sight, sound, 47 10| any new insights, don't go getting excited.
