 3 2|       basic stance. Then whenever pleasure or pain arises, don't get
 4 2|         equanimity in the face of pleasure or pain, it can make the
 5 2|    suffering and stress. Even the pleasure we feel over external things
 6 2|           over external things is pleasure only in half-measures, because
 7 2|         delusion that thinks it's pleasure. As for the pleasure that
 8 2|         it's pleasure. As for the pleasure that comes from the practice,
 9 2|         the practice, it's a cool pleasure that lets go of everything,
10 2|       above its feelings -- above pleasure, above pain, above everything.... ~
11 2|          for this or that kind of pleasure -- but don't you listen
12 7| discernment. ~But if you focus on pleasure and ease, you'll simply
13 7|         get carried away with the pleasure that comes from watching
14 8|          changing and inconstant: pleasure, pain, neither pleasure
15 8|           pleasure, pain, neither pleasure nor pain. To see these things
16 9|          attachments, feelings of pleasure and displeasure, and you
