 5 7 |   everyday activity, it will help free us from all sorts of suffering
 6 7 |           make the mind empty and free. ~This is the practice that
 7 7 |        that our lives will become free. So I ask you to keep working
 8 7 |          and be able to let go -- free from any sense of self,
 9 7 |           from any sense of self, free from any sense of self --
10 8 |         be disengaged, empty, and free. But if it goes out to label
11 8 |        The mind will be empty and free, with no meanings, no attachments,
12 8 | everything. The mind will then be free from turmoil. Empty. Quiet.
13 12|           unentangled, empty, and free. This is how it's special.
