Chapter

 1 7 |         nothing which we ought to believe besides. ~
 2 9 |         are by all means bound to believe, and for that purpose to "
 3 9 |          they have "found" it, to believe. However, there can be no
 4 9 |       seek" until you "find," and believe when you have found; nor
 5 9 |        have believed provided you believe this besides, that nothing
 6 10|          object in finding was to believe, All further delay for seeking
 7 10|         unwilling that you should believe anything else than what
 8 10|           ever seeking, and never believe anything at all. For where
 9 11|      believed what I was bound to believe, and then afterwards think
10 11|            or else have ceased to believe. If I thus desert my faith,
11 13|        Holy Ghost to lead such as believe; will come with glory to
12 23|          of Himself. But let them believe without the Scriptures,
13 23| Scriptures, if their object is to believe contrary to the Scriptures.
14 26|        which they would have them believe. Much less, when churches
15 28|  understand differently, (and) to believe differently, what He Himself
