Chapter

 1 I   |       approached more than when fear has opened the entrances
 2 II  |    house of bondage. Thou shalt fear the Lord thy God, and serve
 3 II  |         you, to know whether ye fear God with all your heart
 4 II  |       your God ye shall go, and fear Him, and keep His commandments,
 5 IV  | commands me, whom I am both bid fear that I may not be forsaken
 6 V   |        many in folly, many from fear and false modesty. And the
 7 VIII|        silver and wood, causing fear to the Gentiles. Beware,
 8 VIII|  foreigners, and be seized with fear while ye behold crowds worshipping
 9 IX  |         them that they must not fear such persons as kill the
10 IX  |         that they must dedicate fear to Him rather who has such
11 IX  |       been recorded before Him? Fear ye not, therefore. When
12 X   |     with me excellent keys, the fear of them who kill the body
13 XII |      affirming that there is no fear in love: "For perfect love
14 XII |        perfect love casteth out fear, since fear has punishment;
15 XII |         casteth out fear, since fear has punishment; and he who
16 XII |      not perfect in love." What fear would it be better to understand (
17 XII |    perfect, but that which puts fear to flight, and gives courage
18 XII |    appoint as the punishment of fear, but that which he who denies
19 XII |          and what suffering the fear of martyrdoms will entail,
20 XII |       fire and brimstone." Thus fear, which, as stated in his
21 XIII|      not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love,
