Chapter

 1 I  |        and before whom we must confess, or ought, save that this,
 2 IX |       Whosoever therefore will confess in me before men, in him
 3 IX |      before men, in him will I confess also before my Father who
 4 IX |   expressly said, "He who will confess me," (yet) the conduct involved
 5 IX |        Christ, and he who will confess in Christ will confess Christ.
 6 IX |    will confess in Christ will confess Christ. It would have been
 7 X  |       heretics, they must then confess before the real powers and
 8 X  |     run thus:" Whosoever shall confess in me before men in heaven,
 9 X  |     men in heaven, I also will confess in him before my Father
10 X  |   stoutly affirms that we must confess there, to persuade us that
11 X  |        in heaven that men must confess, it is here too that they
12 XI | commanding that those about to confess be the object of solicitude;
13 XII|   flight, and gives courage to confess? What penalty will he appoint
14 XV |   suggesting that one must not confess on the earth before men,
