Chapter

 1 VI    |     their works there was no mercy; in their manners there
 2 XV    |     heap, under the title of mercy, a deceiving mischief and
 3 XVII  |      The Lord alone can have mercy. He alone can bestow pardon

16 XXXVI |      inflicted." He can show mercy; He can turn back His judgment.
