Chapter

 1 II  |      faith? For it is for him to fear death who is not willing
 2 IX  |       stand in righteousness and fear, and prepare thy soul for

12 XV  |         vigour, to fight without fear of death when the battle

14 XVI |     martyrdom as we learn not to fear death. These are trainings
15 XIX |       rebuked him, and said, You fear to suffer, you do not wish
16 XXIV|         of God: laying aside the fear of death, let us think on
