 1     V, 21|    Father, he says, is called Elohim. Not less did Edem also
 2     V, 21|   less did Edem also long for Elohim, and the mutual passion
 3     V, 21|      from the conjugal joy of Elohim and Edem, the angels of
 4     V, 21|       and Edem, the angels of Elohim receiving from the most
 5     V, 21|       him, Edem the soul, but Elohim the spirit. And the man
 6     V, 21|      the marriage of Edem and Elohim. And in like manner also
 7     V, 21|       Edem, but a spirit from Elohim. And there were given to
 8     V, 21|  herself, Edem conferred upon Elohim as a sort of nuptial dowry.
 9     V, 21|      the part of Edem towards Elohim. And when all things were

18     V, 21|      is in men, in order that Elohim, through the spirit, might
19     V, 21|    entered into between them. Elohim the father, seeing these
20     V, 21|       is Edem, but the spirit Elohim, and each of these exists
21     V, 21|      the Father had fled from Elohim. In like manner also--by
22     V, 21|    the words of Baruch, which Elohim enjoined. Ultimately Elohim
23     V, 21|   Elohim enjoined. Ultimately Elohim selected Hercules, an uncircumcised
24     V, 21|      commands of Baruch which Elohim issued. And in place (of
25     V, 21|  being sent down once more by Elohim; and coming to Nazareth,
26     V, 21|     had been done by Edem and Elohim, and whatsoever would be
27     V, 21|       One, and sit there with Elohim, Father of us all." And
28     V, 21|       learn that) the swan is Elohim, and Leda Edem. And when
29     V, 21|   recollect that) the gold is Elohim, and Danae is Edem. And
30     V, 21|   spirit which is in man from Elohim; and by earth, the soul
31     V, 21|       is called the spouse of Elohim. "Israel," he says, "did
32     V, 21|       says, "did not know me (Elohim); for had he known me, that
33     V, 22|    Justinus) says, our Father Elohim sware when He was beside
34     V, 22|       are washed; and in this Elohim washed Himself. and having
35     V, 22|       is, Edem (departs) from Elohim. (Now) in these words, he
36     X, 11|      invisible, and is called Elohim. The female principle is
37     X, 11| produced. And he asserts that Elohim, without foreknowledge,
38     X, 11|       all things were made by Elohim and Edem. And (he says)
39     X, 11|       was her own power, (but Elohim the spirit.) And Justinus
40     X, 11|    Justinus alleges that this Elohim, after having learned his
41     X, 11|    plot against the spirit of Elohim which he deposited in man.
42     X, 11|      order that the spirit of Elohim might be delivered, and
