 1 10|      THAT HE TOOK UPON HIM TRUE FLESH.~But of this I remind you,
 2 10|      hadst even the likeness of flesh and body. Assuredly, if
 3 10|     chose an ethereal or starry flesh, as some heretics have pretended.
 4 10|        says: "The Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us;" so
 5 10|        the Word took on Him our flesh. And for this reason blood
 6 10|         our resurrection in His flesh, in that He restored the
 7 10|        when it is written that "flesh and blood do not inherit
 8 10|        not the substance of the flesh that is condemned, which
 9 10|       but only the guilt of the flesh is rightly rebuked, which

53 23|         say that He was without flesh, and to withdraw from Him
54 23|         and the Word to be made flesh, that in His own self He
55 23|       made by the assumption of flesh the Son of man, and the
56 24|        Son of God; that man and flesh and that same frail substance
57 24|     exclude, "The Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us." And
58 24|         thee," the substance of flesh and body is of Mary; but
59 24|        himself, and that bodily flesh; that which is called holy,
60 24|      that is, that substance of flesh and body--is not the Son
61 25|      is--for "the Word was made flesh, and dwelt in us"--who cannot

63 25|     other men also, who are not flesh only, but flesh and soul,
