Chapter

 1 1|         it demonstrated why the things that appear to the senses
 2 1|   appear. For the test of those things which are received through
 3 1|          As then we bring those things which reason hunts after,
 4 1|        by it judge what kind of things they are, whether the things
 5 1|    things they are, whether the things spoken be true or false,
 6 1|     proof of Himself and of all things. Wherefore those who follow
 7 2|        then, let us solve those things which seem to them to be
 8 4|        walking by His word. All things which the Saviour did, He
 9 5|      persuaded that to them all things are possible (as even their
10 5|      says, "The gods can do all things, and that easily;" and he
11 5|            that they can do all things, though they be but devils,
12 5|       and then they who observe things can see how men are generated
13 6|         And Plato says that all things are made from matter by
14 6|      his followers say that all things are made from the atom and
15 6| indestructible out of which all things are generated. And this
16 7|       at the first, and why the things in the world were made.
