Book, Chapter

 1    I, 4   | without a sheperd, neither can sheep nor any other animal live,
 2    I, 5   |      children, as if they were sheep and lambs in nature, not
 3    I, 5   |     are still more tender than sheep, to express simplicity.
 4    I, 6   |     good Shepherd, and you the sheep, are we not to regard the
 5    I, 6   |    butter of kine, and milk of sheep, with fat of lambs;" and
 6    I, 7   |        shepherdS, who lead the sheep, is hereby understood the
 7    I, 7   |      figuratively described as sheep. "And they shall all," it
 8    I, 9   |   thirst;" dead, we need life; sheep, we need a shepherd; we
 9    I, 9   | Himself as the Shepherd of the sheep. And He is the Tutor of
10    I, 9   |      Feed us, the children, as sheep. Yea, Master, fill us with
11    I, 11  |        giveth His life for the sheep; " and He has so given it.
12   II, 1   |        calves, and sacrificing sheep, saying, Let us eat and
13   II, 11  |     and leaves; and now, since sheep have been created for us,
14   II, 11  |      let us not be as silly as sheep, but trained by the Word,
15   II, 11  |      clothing, saying, "Ye are sheep's wool." Though Miletus
16   II, 11  |         despising the locks of sheep as savouring of luxury,
17  III, 3   |        their hair.~"The fleecy sheep are loaded with their wool."~
18  III, 10  |       said, "with her father's sheep." Nor was this enough; but
19  III, 10  |       for she fed her father's sheep." And innumerable such examples
20  III, 10  |     use himself. Jacob fed the sheep of Laban that were left
