 1 2|                           Civil Marriage in Peru~2. It is with sorrow
 2 2|    appearance of regulating the marriage of non-Catholics, it introduced
 3 2|          what is called a civil marriage, even though that law does
 4 2|         from the law forbidding marriage between those of different
 5 3|        the Catholic teaching on marriage and assure the preservation
 6 4|              Church Doctrine on Marriage~4. We are concerned about
 7 4|      concerning the sanctity of marriage. Jesus Christ, the author
 8 4|       the honor and sanctity of marriage, for the Church is the best
 9 4|      human affairs which led to marriage and generally concern civil
10 4|          in the truly Christian marriage, they have no authority,
11 4|      established by men. If the marriage contract is properly performed-that
12 4|       the sacrament adds to the marriage of Christians; nobody can
13 4|         of the Church alone. No marriage can be considered firmly
14 4| correctly promulgated, then any marriage contracted against its prescription
15 5|         also promise that civil marriage laws will contain nothing
