 1 1 |          you so far as is in Our power, giving you counsel concerning
 2 3 |          way moved either by the power or attacks of the followers
 3 4 |    strive, so far as lies in Our power, to do that which will be
 4 5 |  inviolate by every means in Our power. For indeed the Church,
 5 7 |       all nations, by His divine power, "going into the whole world
 6 9 |     should happen that the civil power should invade the rights
 7 11|       them as far as lies in Our power most earnestly, that they
 8 11|          impossible by any human power to be dispensed from those
 9 11|     public authority of those in power is weakened and destroyed:
10 12|      regret, as you do, that Our power to ward off such dangers
11 12|       their wickedness and their power for evil, and win the day
12 13|         and necessary means, the power of handing down Christian
13 13| principle of civil and religious power is one and the same, namely,
14 13|       the territory of the civil power, and interferes with it
15 14|        uttermost limits of their power.~
