 3 6|   Quaestio LIV.) ~This [Second] Commandment is separate from the first.
 4 6| Therefore they sin against this commandment who venerate idols as gods,
 5 6|       respect transgresses this commandment. ~But this is not one and
 6 6|    without any violation of the commandment of God, and likewise the
 7 6|        we do not transgress the commandment of the decalogue, but we
 8 7|         a transgressor of God's commandment and of the apostolic precepts.
 9 7|         because our lamp is the commandment, and our light is the law,
10 7|        the way of life, and the commandment of the Lord shining afar
